Settings Instruction,
1. Go into Settings » Apps, swipe left to the All tab, look for “Google Wallet” in the list, click on it, then click on the “Clear data” button to reset the data on the currently installed Google Wallet.
2.Download and install as a normal apk.

Second Option,
Just thought to update u guys that there is a new version of Google's Play Store out which is pretty much faster than the older version that is 3.9.16 so im just sharing my APK, Let me remind this Play Store v3.10.10 is out.
